I have worked in small, entrepreneurial companies my entire life and I have developed a passion for start-ups and teams along the way. On the other end of the spectrum, I was hired on to one of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world and trained in their intensive Leadership Development Program while being immersed in the “Corporate America” mindset under short-term focus and pressure. I have worked in organizations where the mission and vision of the firm rang hollow and too difficult for anyone to live out or believe. I have also been privileged to work in settings where the mission of my life aligned the direction of the organization and that created energy, purpose, and meaning in my life. I understand first-hand the fast-paced and sometime reactionary environment of both settings and know that sometimes you barely have time to look up, much less look out.

I currently manage a group at a national engineering firm building strategy, presence, and implementing traditional marketing practices from the ground up. I won Business Student of the Year at Kansas State University and I am passionate about planning and helping others create plans and live them out successfully.
